My ADOBE CC has expired, how can I renew?
On November 30, the serialized license for Adobe Creative Cloud was set to expire. Because the default version that we deploy to our Staff and Faculty is the serialized version, some users could experience issues with using Adobe products that have been installed in this manner.


Adobe now requires users to log in with their GSU username and password to reactivate ADOBE products. Unfortunately, the new license is limited to only 2 Devices per User and ONLY available for FACULTY or STAFF.


Here is how you get this working:

1. You will first need to request access to ADOBE enterprise if you havent already by filling out the form below.

2. After ITT sends you confirmation via email that you are added, you will then need to download the creative cloud desktop app.. (Note: it will ask you for an adobe ID, you can simply create one on the fly if you do not have one, then continue with the download)

3. Install the adobe creative desktop app to your machine, then enter in your GSU user ID followed by @GSU.EDU. (Do not use the adobe ID you created or used to download the software)

4. Click on Enterprise and it will redirect you to the GSU login page. Enter your credentials and you should now be able to install any adobe CC app you need.
